Santoshi was born and raised in Pharping, south of Kathmandu. She first worked with Nepal SEEDS as a teacher at Shree Manakamana Primary School, Pharping, in 2005. Santoshi became the Nepal SEEDS office staff member in 2008. In addition to administrative duties, she manages project data and handles correspondence with directors and donors.
