- Water delivery system in Chitlaing for 650 villagers built in early 2006
- Hundreds of composing toilets in several villages in Nubri, Borlay and Sisneri
- Funding of a boarding school for children in Samagaon
- Funding of a training progam for amchis to serve as medical practitioners in 18 remote villages
- Additional water delivery systems for Chitlaing and Sisnery built in January 2007 and in January 2008

S.E.E.D.S. since its very humble beginning in 1998,

- Over 300 composting toilets
- Water delivery systems for 5 villages in Rasua district
- Funding, supplies, construction and salary at 12 schools in remote areas
- Construction and funding of 3 health posts in the Nubri valley with 2 more health posts pending as of early 2006
- Construction and funding of a health post in the Tsum valley
- School lunch programs at 4 schools
- Women’s health education seminars in 2001 and 2002
- Training of 42 ethnic Tibetans from Nubri valley in basic medical care and needs
- Construction of a kitchen and a meditation center at a shelter for homeless elderly women
- Funding of a shelter for homeless elderly women
- Funding of environmental fairs with health clinics that treated over 1,000 villagers
- Funding of a wetlands restoration program with Bird Conservation of Nepal
- Funding of environmental restoration along the filthy Bagmati river in Kathmandu
- Grant for solar energy program in remote monastery
- Emergency relief for Kok villagers following devastating fire
- Grants for monastery restoration
- Scholarships for various students
- Support for cultural programs in various ethnically Tibetan communities
- Medical support for a disfigured Nepali girl
